Name: Johannes Lucky Dhlamini

Ward: Ward 50, Ekurhuleni

My name is Johannes Dhlamini, and I am the Democratic Alliance Ward 50 Candidate in the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE).

I am standing as a Ward Councillor to ensure service delivery and urgently address the pervasive corruption in the Metro.

I want to bring the much needed change my community needs. Basic services are a luxury in my ward and I say enough is enough. Residents deserve dignity.

Through community engagements I have found that community safety and electricity are a continual struggle, this is something I want to urgently address and resolve if I become the councillor.

My strengths lie in communication and knowing the issues that affect residents in my Ward, as well as knowledge on how to address their issues. It is for this reason I, together with the DA, want to bring change to the ward. I cannot stand to see high levels of youth unemployment. We need to facilitate skills development and get industries working again.

It is time to get things done!
